1. Definitions
Client: Any individual, business, or organization engaging BUUP LOGO for logo design, branding, graphic design, or related creative services.
BUUP LOGO: The creative design service provider responsible for delivering logo design, brand identity, and related graphic design solutions.
Project: The logo design or branding services, concepts, revisions, and deliverables agreed upon in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement between BUUP LOGO and the Client.
Deliverables: The final logo files, brand assets, source files (where included), and any other digital materials delivered as part of the agreed Project.
2. Logo Design Packages and Pricing
BUUP LOGO offers a variety of logo design and branding packages. Pricing is provided in quotations, invoices, or on our website and applies only to the scope of services included in the selected package.
Any additional concepts, revisions beyond the included amount, expedited delivery, source files not included in the selected package, brand guidelines, or additional design services may incur additional charges.
3. Engagement of Services
3.1.
The Client agrees to engage BUUP LOGO for logo design or branding services as specified in the approved proposal, invoice, or agreement.
3.2.
BUUP LOGO will perform the services with reasonable skill, care, and professional standards based on the agreed project requirements.
4. Payment Terms
4.1.
All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and payment schedule.
4.2.
BUUP LOGO may require full payment, an upfront deposit, or milestone-based payments before beginning or continuing work on a Project.
4.3.
Additional revisions, concept requests, design changes, or services outside the original project scope may require additional payment and may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
5.1.
Projects are generally completed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the selected package and project complexity. The delivery timeline begins once all required information, design preferences, and any applicable payments have been received.
5.2.
Delivery may be delayed if the Client fails to provide timely feedback, approvals, or required information, or due to unforeseen technical circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, design preferences, brand details, reference materials, and feedback required to complete the Project.
6.2.
Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide requested information or approvals may result in an adjusted delivery schedule.
7. Revisions and Changes
7.1.
The Client may request revisions included within the selected package or agreed project scope.
7.2.
Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees and revised delivery timelines.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
8.1.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved logo and agreed Deliverables will be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise specified in writing.
8.2.
BUUP LOGO retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused design drafts, creative methods, templates, and proprietary processes used during the Project.
8.3.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BUUP LOGO reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials.
9. Confidentiality
9.1.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any private or proprietary information shared during the Project.
9.2.
BUUP LOGO will not disclose the Client’s confidential information to third parties except where required by law or with the Client’s written consent.
10. Termination
10.1.
Either party may terminate the Project by providing written notice.
10.2.
The Client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, completed milestones, and any non-refundable costs incurred before termination.
10.3.
Upon termination, BUUP LOGO will provide all completed Deliverables that have been paid for. Any remaining services will be discontinued.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1.
BUUP LOGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the completed designs or services provided.
11.2.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all materials, trademarks, text, images, and other content supplied for the Project are legally owned or properly authorized for use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts within the United States.
